Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can. There are no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies on this site. The data controller is Timothy Stockdale trading as Airworthy Prep (Unit 6, Rose Farm, John Street, Utkinton, Tarporley, CW6 0LP, United Kingdom), registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (registration applied for in October 2026). What we collect and why

• Account: your email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password, so you can log in. We cannot see your password.
• Purchases: what you bought, when, and the Stripe reference, so we can give you access.
• Progress: your test scores and which questions you have answered, to show your dashboard and to check pass guarantee claims.
• Error reports: what you write, and your email only if you choose to give it.
• Support emails: whatever you send us.

Legal basis: performing our contract with you.

Cookies and storage

One cookie keeps you logged in. Your browser also stores an unfinished test so it survives a refresh. Both are strictly necessary for the service, so no cookie banner is needed. We set no tracking or advertising cookies.

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare: hosting, database and email delivery.
• Stripe and its reseller service Onelink: payments. They receive your payment details directly (we never do), plus your account email for the receipt.

Some of this processing happens outside the UK, under the safeguards those providers use (such as standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

• Account and progress data: until you delete your account.
• Purchase records: deleted with your account. Stripe and Onelink, as the reseller, keep their own payment records for as long as tax law requires.
• Error reports: until the issue is resolved, then up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account yourself in account settings. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
