Terms of use
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms apply when you use airworthyprep.com. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to them.
Who we are
Airworthy Prep is run by Timothy Stockdale, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as Airworthy Prep (Unit 6, Rose Farm, John Street, Utkinton, Tarporley, CW6 0LP, United Kingdom). Contact: hello@airworthyprep.com.
What you get
- The free mock test is open to anyone, without an account.
- A paid course gives one person access to its practice questions, mock tests and progress tracking for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Payment is a one-off. Nothing renews automatically.
Payment
Payments are handled by Onelink, a Stripe service that acts as the reseller for your purchase and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies. Onelink's own terms apply to the payment. We never see or store your card details.
Your right to cancel
Because a course is digital content that starts straight away, you are asked at checkout to agree that access begins immediately and that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once it does. This does not affect our refund and pass guarantee or your other legal rights.
Your account
- Keep your password private. An account is for one person; sharing it is not allowed and may lead to it being closed.
- Do not copy, scrape or republish our questions or explanations.
- You can delete your account at any time in account settings.
Our content
Questions, explanations and site design are our original work and protected by copyright. Chart extracts come from FAA publications, which are works of the US government. Airworthy Prep is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FAA. See the disclaimer.
Accuracy
We check every question against current FAA sources and fix reported errors quickly, but regulations and charts change. The material is for exam preparation only, never for flight planning or operating decisions.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting any consumer protections in the country where you live.
