Pass guarantee

If you do the work and still fail the FAA knowledge test, we refund you in full. To claim:

1. Your dashboard must show you have completed at least 90% of the question bank for that test before your test date.
2. You took the FAA test while your access was active, after buying from us.
3. Email hello@airworthyprep.com within 30 days of the test, from your account email, with your FAA score report attached.

We check the claim against your account and refund to your original payment method, usually within 7 days. One claim per course. A refund ends access to that course.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you were charged twice or bought the wrong course, email us and we will put it right.

Your legal rights

Courses are digital content that start immediately, so the 14-day cancellation right ends once you agree at checkout to start straight away. If the course is faulty or not as described, you keep your full legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund.
